We hope this
FAQ document provides all the information that you will need to ensure you enjoy your Alumni Weekend but please remember:
- To bring a copy of your itinerary with you and your copy of the brochure if you have one
- To collect your name badge and Saturday lunch voucher (if you have pre-booked lunch) from the Help Desk.
- Please advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an event so that your place can be offered to others.
- For those who have opted to use the Park and Cycle site on the West Cambridge Site on Clerk Maxwell Road, off Madingley Road, please visit the Cambridge County council website; for information and timetables regarding catching the bus back into the City Centre.
The Help Desk will be available at the following times and locations for Alumni Weekend 2012. This information is also available on the inside front cover of the Alumni Weekend
brochure.

Saturday 22 Sep.

CARO's Help Desk will be located on the ground floor of the Law Faculty on the Sidgwick Site (see the University's online map here) 8.45am-5pm.

Sunday 23 Sep.

CARO staff will be available to help at 1 Quayside 9am-1pm. Access is restricted at weekends so please ring the intercom marked 'CUDO: Alumni Relations' for entry.

A very limited number of notes will be available on the day, if you would like a copy of the notes, please do print out and bring them with you to the lectures.
The Saturday Lecture Day will again take place at the Sidgwick Site. Please see the
Venue Handout, to find out where the lectures you have booked in for are taking place.
We hope this
Reading List, will provide you with the opportunity to do some pre or post reading for your chosen lectures at this year's weekend.
