Mark was appointed CEO of WPP in September 2018. He has held multiple leadership positions at WPP since joining in 1989, including Head of Strategy and CEO of WPP Digital. In 2015, he became Global CEO of Wunderman.  

Earlier in his career, Mark co-founded internet start-up WebRewards and was a principal at consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2021 he received Fellow of the IPA status for outstanding services to the industry and in 2022 was appointed to the Natural History Museum’s Board of Trustees by the UK Prime Minister. Mark was awarded a CBE in the King’s New Year Honours 2024 list, for services to the creative industries.

Victoria Nwayawu Nwosu Hope is a British TV and radio presenter, journalist, and published author. Vick hosts three shows a week across BBC Radio 1, Going Home with Vick and Jordan alongside Jordan North, and Life Hacks and Official Chart: First Look alongside Katie Thistleton. The Sunday Times dubbed Vick a 'voice of a generation' when she started at BBC Radio 1 in 2020. 

Vick hosts the Women's Prize for Fiction podcast series Bookshelfie after she was on the 2021 judging panel. In the summer of 2022, Vick hosted her own television show Vick Hope's Breakfast Show which aired on ITV every Sunday morning. Vick currently presents on the BBC’s The One Show and Morning Live. 

Vick previously hosted the Capital Breakfast show on Capital FM with Roman Kemp and Sonny Jay, Crufts on Channel 4, Carnage on Sky One, Trending Live on 4Music, and FYI Daily on ITV2. She was also a backstage presenter for ITV's The X Factor in 2019 after becoming the digital reporter for The Voice UK in 2018. Vick is the red-carpet host of the BAFTA Film Awards and the BRIT awards. In October 2020, it was announced that Vick would host a new ITV Hub sister show entitled I'm a Celebrity...The Daily Drop.  

As well as presenting, Vick has worked as a print and broadcast journalist for ITN and publications including The Argentina Independent and Marie Claire as a columnist. In 2017 Hope won the Broadcasting Powerhouse Award at the Marie Claire Future Shapers Awards. Vick also has two published children’s books.  

She is a human rights activist and an ambassador for both Amnesty International and Help Refugees.

David was the founding shareholder of Frontier in January 1994 and CEO for over 28 years until August 2022, when Frontier announced David’s transition to his new role of President and Founder.

David is the co-author of the seminal Elite title and has 40 years’ experience in the games industry. David is also one of the six founders of the Raspberry Pi Foundation, a charity which aims to inspire a new generation of children to get interested in computer science through the use of a low-cost credit card-sized computer that plugs into your TV and a keyboard.

David is a member of Cambridge Angels, investing and supporting early-stage companies, including investing in companies that can help reduce our carbon footprint. David is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of BAFTA (one of only 103 starting with Alfred Hitchcock), he was the recipient of three honorary doctorates (from Abertay University, The Open University and York University), and received an OBE in the 2014 Birthday Honours for services to the UK computer and video games industry. He is also a Vice President of the charity SpecialEffect, a charity helping to transform people’s lives by enabling them to interact with and control technology, particularly video games.

Martin chairs the Alumni Advisory Board at Cambridge, having been part of the University’s communications working group for many years. He is the CEO and owner of London-based creative agency, Wardour. He has spent more than 26 years supporting clients, as diverse as EY, the BHF and Heineken, with their marketing and communications strategies. He started his career as a journalist and worked at the Financial Times shortly after graduating from Magdalene College in 1990.
